Dr. Hamid Bimesl is an offical member of the P-Shot® / O-Shot® Group (the Cellular Medicine Association). Only members of the Cellular Medicine Association Priapus Shot® provider group are understanding of the method and in agreement to follow the standards which include the use of lab equipment approved by the FDA for the preparation of platelets to go back into the body and the use of very specific methods. Others may be doing a similar process or they may be doing an inferior process but only those physicians listed in the Cellular Medicine Association provider group are licensed to use the name. Anyone else using the name is possibly doing an inferior or even dangerous procedure. At best, they are illegally claiming to be in a group to which they do not belong.
WHAT IS THE PRIAPUS SHOT® / P-SHOT®?
The P-Shot® / Priapus-shot® is a trademarked procedure that increases sexual functioning in men via injection of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) into the penis.
To rejuvenate the penis, PRP uses growth factors in the blood to stimulate new tissue growth. The procedure is nonsurgical and uses the patients own blood, there is no need to worry about allergic reactions or adverse risks. No general anesthesia, incisions, or controversial medications involved. A sample of the patients blood is taken and spun in a centrifuge machine. This process concentrates the healing components in the blood into platelet-rich plasma (PRP). When injected into an area with dysfunction, PRP encourages the natural healing process to begin. With the P-Shot®, Dr. Hamid Bimesl injects PRP directly into the patients penis using a tiny needle to regenerate muscle tissue and blood vessels.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE P-SHOT®?
As healthy tissue returns to the penis, the patient can experience many benefits, including:
- Increases libido
- Enhances sensitivity to the penis
- Increases sexual stamina
- Increases strength and intensity of orgasms
- Achieve stronger and firmer erections
- Helps with Erectile Dysfunction
- Improve overall blood flow to the penis
- Increase the girth and length of your penis by up to 10-20%
- Reduce urinary incontinence and prostate discomfort
- Fewer chances of premature ejactulation
- Helps with post prostate surgery
- Helps correct Peyronie’s disease (curvature of the penis)
- Medical solution for lichen sclerosis (plaque build-up)
CAN THE P-SHOT® INCREASE MY PENIS SIZE?
The P-Shot® is a regenerative therapy that helps increase penis size, girth, and can provide firmer and longer-lasting erections.
PRP is a natural substance that helps promote healing when injected. Plasma is a component of your blood that contains special “factors,” or proteins, that help your blood to clot. It also contains proteins that support cell growth.
Many patients report a significant increase in the size, shape, and duration of their erections within a few hours of the treatment and continue to see improvement over the next few months as tissue renewal is achieved and improved blood flow is established.
Results vary when it comes to gaining length or girth with the P-shot® according to Phoenix Men’s Health Centre. Some men experience up to 1.3 inches of length and 1.1 inches of girth, but some may not experience any size changes. About 40% of men experience 20% of growth.
SEX FACTS: DOES PENIS SIZE REALLY MATTER?
Does the size of your penis really matter? According to most men, YES. In a study of more than 52,000 participants — men and women — 45 percent of men reported that they were unsatisfied with their penis size and wanted it to be larger. Compare that figure to the 16% who actually are shorter than average. About the same number of younger men were unhappy with their penis size as were older men. For most women though, it is the width, not the length of the penis that matters.
“It’s really the thickness of a male’s penis that is the element allows her to feel what we in sexology called containment — the feeling of fullness that’s produced with an object or a penis inside the vaginal wall.” “A very long, skinny penis is not as pleasurable as a shorter, fatter one for most women,” said Patti Britton, PhD, a sex coach and clinical sexologist in Los Angeles, Calif.
Can the Priapus Shot® / P-Shot® Help with ED?
The P-Shot® has been used successfully to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) lichen sclerosus. It is also used for Peyronie’s disease, a condition in which scar tissue makes the penis curve when it’s erect.
Thousands of men have undergone this ED treatment and consistently report improved erectile performance, including less difficulty achieving and maintaining an erection.
SEX FACT: How Many Med Suffer From ED (Erectile Dysfuction)?
ED is a very common problem in men. It affects about 30 million men in the United States. Although erectile dysfunction (ED) is common, it is not a normal part of aging; talk with your health care professional about the P-Shot® treatment for ED.
ED (Erectile Dysfunction), also know as impotence, is the inability to get and keep an erection firm enough for sex. Having erection trouble from time to time isn’t necessarily a cause for concern. But an ongoing issue can cause stress in a relationship and your self-confidence.
HISTORY OF THE P-SHOT®, WHO INVENTED IT?
The P-Shot® was invented by the world-famous Dr. Charles Runels after he first injected PRP into his own penis. He felt that Priapus, the Greek god of male regenerative power, perfectly represented what he was trying to achieve.
HOW MANY P-SHOTS SHOULD I GET?
The P-shot® is standalone treatment, however, results are seen with each subsequent treatment. Since your own PRP is used, there is no limit to the number of P-shots you can receive. We offer packages of 1, 2 or 3 treatments. Although some men notice immediate benefits after having the Priapus Shot®, it usually takes at least three to four weeks to see changes with maximum results around three months as healthy tissue returns to the area.
HOW IS THE TREATMENT PEFORMED?
After your initial consultation either online, by phone, or in-clinic, we schedule you in for the 1-hour session. (Actual treatment is about 15-minutes). Before doing the P-Shot®, a local anesthetic is applied to the injection site to ensure your comfort for the treatment. Dr. Bimesl will administer five separate injections of PRP, two along each side of the shaft of the penis (4) and one in the glans or head of the penis, all taking only a few minutes. After the procedure, a penis pump is placed on the penis for 10 minutes to ensure the PRP holds into the treatment area.
IS THERE ANY DOWNTIME TO THE P-SHOT® TREATMENT?
There is no downtime associated with the P-Shot® treatment, and patients are free to go about their daily activities, including intercourse.
We offer a highly individualized approach and comprehensive consultation process to ensure your P-Shot® treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs.
HOW SUCCESSFUL IS THE P-SHOT?
The effects of the P-Shot® continue to improve for up to 3 months and may last 12-18 months, resulting in an increase in girth (up to 1 inch) and length (1/4-1 inch) of the penis. You can also experience greatly improved sexual stamina and libido making sex even more enjoyable.
265 Combined Treatment of Injecting Platelet Rich Plasma With Vacuum Pump for Penile Enlargement
Priapus Shot® for improved erectile function and for Peyronie’s PRFM (Platelet-rich fibrin matrix) appears to be a safe and feasible treatment modality in patients with urologic disease. Further placebo-controlled trials are warranted.
Pump therapy corrected 51% of men– satisfied with pump therapy alone (10 minutes twice a day). They did no other therapy in combination with the pump. Side effect was increase in length. This study in rats shows why the pump may help.
More research showing how PRP prepared and used properly can facilitate new nerve growth (for improved sensation and function).
Another study indicating that the Priapus Shot® could be more beneficial and with fewer side effects than Xiapex for Peyronie’s
Correct Testosterone deficiency to help Peyronie’s.
Platelet rich plasma plasma for fibrosis and scar treatment.
